Fees:

One hour lecture — $250
Half-day lecture — $500
Full day seminar — $1,000
Hub Protocol on-site coaching — $3,500

Expenses:

In addition to speaking fees, reimbursed travel expenses will include travel (coach airfare), meals, and lodging.
